BEGINNERS FULL BODY HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
ROUND 1) 25 jabs each arm, 25 uppercuts each arm, 30 jab- hook
ROUND 2) 50 jabs, 40 Squats, 50 Jab hook, 40 Squats,
ROUND 3) 25 Push-ups, 25 Mountain-Climbers, 25 Squats, 25 Mountain-Climbers
ROUND 4) 2 minutes Jump-Rope or running in place
ROUND 5) Repeat round one
ROUND 6) Repeat round two
ROUND 7) Repeat round three.
For further fat torching, add an additional 25-30 minutes of cardio of your choice.
