A fantastic tropical morning or pre-workout drink that is extremely easy and tasteful to make. If you enjoy Pina Coladas and feeding your muscles, then you will love this.

Ingredients:
½ cup of fresh or frozen pineapples
4 oz. Coconut Greek yogurt
1 Scoop of vanilla whey protein
1/4 Cup of Water

METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients inside blender and blend for 15-30 seconds.
2. Pour smoothie in to a glass and enjoy a tropical delight.
